檀学文，男，1975年5月出生，安徽池州人。在中国农科院研究生院师从厉为民教授，于2000年获得管理学学士学位；在中国社科院研究生院人口与劳动经济系师从蔡昉教授，于2006年获得经济学博士学位。2005年参加第11期LEAD可持续发展国际培训，获LEAD FELLOW证书。2000-2005年在北京市农村经济研究中心城郊经济研究所工作，主要研究内容为都市型农业、城市化与农村劳动力转移以及农产品出口。2005年起在中国社会科学院农村发展研究所农村政策研究室工作，2002年任助理研究员，现任副研究员。2012年起任中国国外农业经济研究会常务理事、秘书长。主要研究领域包括迁移与城市化、农民工就业、可持续发展、可持续食品供应链等问题。参加国家社科基金项目、北京市哲社规划项目、国际合作项目等多项，获北京市科技进步三等奖一次。2007年起开始主持国家社科基金项目、社科院重点课题以及社科院国情调研村庄调查课题。2011年为美国UCLA地理系访问学者。2012年起参加中国社科院创新工程项目“中国农民福利研究”，负责教育和时间利用专题。在中文核心期刊发表论文十余篇。

Mr. TAN Xuewen, Ph.D. in Economics, born in Anhui Province in 1975. He was graduated from the Department of Agronomy of Anhui Agro-technical Teachers’ College and awarded a Bachelor’s degree in agronomy in 1997. Then he went to study international agricultural economy in the Department of Agricultural Economy and Management of the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and got a Master’s degree in management in 2000. In 2002-2006, he studied Economics of Population, Resources and Environment in the Department of Population and Labor Economics of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and finally was awarded a doctor’s degree in economics. In 2005-2006 he joined the 11th LEAD international training program and was entitled Lead Fellow in 2006. In 2011, he was a visiting scholar at UCLA department of geography.

After he was graduated from the CAAS in 2000, he began to work in Beijing Municipal Research Center for Rural Economy until 2005, where he focused mostly on metropolitan agriculture (urban agriculture), rural labor migration, and agricultural foreign trade. Then in 2005, he started to work in the Rural Development Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences as assistant research fellow since2005 and as Associate Research Fellow since 2010. In 2012, he was elected member of standing committee and secretary general of Chinese Society of Foreign Agricultural Economy (CSFAE). Now his main focus is on migration and urbanization, well-being, sustainable development, and sustainable food supply chain and system. He has been involved in various projects sponsored by National Fund of Social Sciences, Beijing Fund of Philosophy and Social Sciences and other sources, and was awarded a Third Prize of Beijing Municipal Development of Science and Technology in 2005. He began to be responsible for National Fund of Social Sciences project and CASS projects since 2007. Since 2012, he is involved in a four-year CASS Innovation program of “Well-being of China’s Rural Residents”, and is responsible for the education and time use dimensions. By now he has publicized 13 papers on core Chinese journals.
