China-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement is the beginning of regional cooperation in East Asia.The paper analyzes the impact of different cooperation scenarios,especially the impact on China’s agricultural trade.The result show that Japan benefit the least from different possible regional agreement,while Korea and China benefit much from China-Japan-Korea Free Trade Agreement.Based on the result,we suggest that the Chinese government should try to establish China-Japan-Korea Free Trade Area while avoiding the Japan-ASEAN Free Trade Area and Korea-ASEAN Free Trade Area.
The Financial Support For Expanding Consumer Demand Of Rural Residents

By using econometric methodology of CO-integrate relationship test and ECM model,this paper tests the long-term CO-integrate relationship and short-term correction relationship between peasant consuming expenditure and rural financial development of China from 1981 to 2004.The result shows that Regardless of looking for a long time or the short-term,there exists a weak positive relevance between rural finance and the peasant consuming expenditure.This indicates that in some extent,the development of rural finance leads to the increasing of peasant consumption demand,but at present its function for improving peasant consumption demand still lags.Therefore,the financial support for peasant consumption demand needs to be strengthened.

Based on the questionnaires and case study,the paper indicates that medical service system is the main restriction factor for the demand of farmers’medical service.Lack of medical service in the rural community and expensive medical charges makes farmers in the sad plight that there is no good clinic to cure, or farmers can not afford it when it becomes serious.However, 1ittle influence is exerted on the farmers’demand of medical service, due to several system restrictions of New Cooperative Medical System (NCMS):only serious disease included,low government reimbursement rate,procedure overloaded with details etc.Furthermore, the rich farmers benefit more from NCMS than the poor due to the system threshold of“payment before reimbursement”.
